ROLE OVERVIEW
This is an mid-level role designed to for recruiters who have shown they can perform at a high level. You will support Senior Consultants, while recruiting top data center talent for your roles.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Up to 18 months recruitment experience, with 360 recruitment experience highly preferred, or a desire to transition from delivery to 360
• Experience filling roles and generating new business development opportunities
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing work).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Run end-to-end recruitment processes, from generating the opportunity to vacancy qualification to sourcing to interview coordination and offer acceptance.
• Manage client and candidate relationships, providing excellent customer service and delivery
• Gather market intelligence and hiring insights and use those to approach prospective clients
• Build market credibility and personal brand within a specific niche
