ROLE OVERVIEW
Senior Consultants are established billers with ownership of clients, delivery, and revenue.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 18 months to 2 years recruitment experience, with experience in Mission Critical, Engineering or Construction markets very beneficial.
• Proven 360 billing background, running end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing work).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead complex recruitment assignments, managing multiple open vacancies and clients.
• Develop long-term client relationships, creating ongoing revenue generating opportunities and expanding accounts into new areas and markets
• Drive new business growth through prospecting, lead generation and outreach.
• Maintain commercial and delivery standards, running a full 360 recruitment desk
• Support and mentor junior team members, championing MXI’s culture.
