ROLE OVERVIEW
This is an entry-level role designed to develop future high-performing recruiters. You will support live recruitment mandates while learning the fundamentals of professional recruitment in a fast-moving, candidate-short market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and qualify candidates for MXI’s clients across data center and mission critical markets
• Screen candidates and support the presentation of them in a professional format
• Support end to end recruitment processes, using it as an opportunity to learn and progress into a 360 capacity
• Gather market intelligence and hiring insights for prospective customers
• Build a professional LinkedIn presence and network amongst key decision makers and influential leaders in the Data Center space
