ROLE OVERVIEW
Principal Consultants are market leaders and battle-tested billers with ownership of clients, delivery, and revenue and starting to take responsibility for team leadership.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 2+ years recruitment experience, with experience in Mission Critical, Engineering or Construction markets very beneficial.
• Proven 360 billing background, running end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing work).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver complex, high-value recruitment assignments, balancing multiple clients and opportunities whilst continuing to develop future upcoming partnerships
• Nurture client relationships, expanding into new markets and approaching account management from a data-driven and strategic position
• Drive strategic business development, attending client events and representing MXI
• Mentor and lead junior consultants, taking responsibility for training, development, leadership and target setting.
